Wrong Two-Factor Authentication Email Showing for My EA Account

Dear EA Support Team
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to report an issue with two-factor authentication on my EA account linked to my Steam profile.

My Steam account email: [edit: email address removed]

Issue: I downloaded the game today, and the problem started immediately when I launched it for the first time. During the EA/RedSec (BF6) login, the two-factor authentication prompt shows an email address te***@floriamail.com**, which is not mine. Because of this, I cannot receive the verification code and cannot access my EA account.

This appears to be a serious error, and I kindly request your urgent assistance to:

Verify the correct email linked to my EA account,

Remove the unknown email address, and

Restore access to my account.

I can provide proof of ownership, including Steam purchase details, screenshots, or any additional information you may need.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

Thank you for your support.

Warm regards,
Rupankan Bora
