I have found out today that I have been permanently banned today due to using "Game Enhancing Software".
I have never used cheats in my life and I was just enjoying the game.
EA has also provided no proof or event mentioned which software they are talking about.
Ridiculous! So I buy a game for 70 USD, violate no EULA paragraph, and my access to the game is removed? That is actually illegal in the country I'm in (EU).
(I have of course appealed, and I'm waiting for their response)
stalo se mi to samé dnes. Podal jsem odvolání. Mam to koupený přes steam asi týden a hraju jako amatér. Jsem dole v tabulce a nijak dobrej nejsem a dostal jsem ban. Paráda. 70 euro víš kde. Žádný externí program nemám. Jo a jinak jsem tohle nikde nenašel zatim jsme jediný s tímhle problémem a shodou okolností oba z čr.
Hi, today I got a message that I'm banned. I've never used external software and I play the game as an amateur. I've had it for about a week and I'm always near the bottom of the table. I don't play it much and today I got a message that I used software to improve the game. I looked and there's already a colleague who has it too. Anyone else??? Coincidentally, we're both from the Czech Republic. I don't understand the connection, but I couldn't find this problem with anyone else anywhere on the internet. I wrote to EA and filed an appeal. Is it possible to request a refund if I have it through Steam? I have 46 hours of downloads and the game 7 days old
