- City/State and platform: Mexico City / PC and PS5
As a Mexican BF player I would like to endorse this petition.
Adding on what BeastBaric said, Mexico's location is ideal for web resources as it is proven by huge datacenters enabled by big providers like Microsoft (https://www.datacenterdynamics.com/en/news/microsoft-launches-mexican-cloud-region/), AWS (https://aws.amazon.com/es/blogs/aws/now-open-aws-mexico-central-region/) and Google (https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/infrastructure/google-cloud-announces-41st-cloud-region-in-mexico)
I know EA currently leverages infrastructure from some or all of the big 3 cloud providers (for example, https://cloud.google.com/transform/ea-sports-fc-ultimate-team-cloud-migration-no-outages-no-problem) so adding BF servers in the region should be quite achievable.
EA has shown a great respect for the Mexican market in the past. I met the EA team working at Torre Esmeralda about 15 years ago and I could immediately see they were committed people and carried the brand's values and that makes me confident the EA is interested in providing Mexican player's the best experience possible.
