It's being worked on at the moment but hasn't been resolved yet, unfortunately. Hopefully they do fix it soon, though, as it's a serious issue. 

I don't know if this will help you, but apparently playing on US servers works. I haven't tested that myself though, it's just what I've been reading.

It doesn’t work, we are having the same issues with US servers. It’s ridicules to still be having issues like this for a game that’s still very much played.
