    Hello agusenanas​,

    The best thing you can do is to try talking with EA support again, since the issue is related to the product key they are the only ones with the sufficient resources and privileges to assist you.

EA literally stole my copy of battlefield 3.

100 hours played on pc. 300 hours played in ps3.

all i hear from support chat are excuses.

i been patient, but man... how is this even posible? i have the original cd key, i downloaded my account data, and its in my entitlements since 2013. its a real shame coming from such a big company.

how no one can give you a straight answer, a solution. every person in the chat gives you a different answer...

like, im going to play bf6 but this precedent, i dont want to deal with ea customer service ever again.

never heard of anything like this in steam or other platforms. its just straight up robbery.

sorry, im mad...
