Hi danisoff are you talking about the team flags? They show instead of the emblem when emblem is not working in-game.
No, I was talking about my custom emblem/flag/banner. I have the Bosnian coat of arms displayed, played a few rounds last night and everything was fine.

Interesting update! Today I noticed that emblems actually work perfectly fine when I play on a 120Hz server. Both my own emblem and others' were visible. However, as soon as I switched back to a 60Hz server, they disappeared again and only default flags were shown.
It seems like the issue might be related to the server tickrate or how different server versions communicate with the emblem API. Can anyone else confirm this?
Good to hear mutherimorso555, at least there is some improvement. I played last night on multiple servers (60Hz included) and everything worked fine as usual.
