I have been experiencing this as well on BF4 PC. Strange thing I would notice is, almost every time I enter a server, I would see someone with the clan tag (BFAT) being booted for vpn spoofing. Then I would get disconnected a short while after. Also, servers would have a high number of player count, but when you enter there are anywhere from 1 to 10 players only.
