Battlefield Labs let me sign up, but shows not available in North America region

So yesterday I tried to get in line for the Battlefield Labs.  I had like 80k people infront of me, so no way to keep waiting at work.  When I got home, I logged back in and tried to sign up again, and it got me right in, and I submitted the information and gave the survey and such.  Today I logged in again to read more into it and have the image below.  It says it's not available in my region, but only in north america and europe.  I had to go back and check my account, and I confirmed my region is set to north america.  Is this a bug?  I don't want to lose my submission for labs because it thinks i'm in the wrong region when i'm not.
