    I don't know what specific part of the Discord channel that technical help will be available specifically as I'm not a member (I believe it's invite-only, but may be wrong), but there should be something there. EA Help also have a section for BF Labs support, so if all else fails you could try there:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help-top-issues/?product=battlefield-labs 

    It's difficult to provide support here as only a handful of people here have access at the moment, and there are other restrictions potentially too.

    It'd probably be better to see if you can get help on the BF Labs Discord. I'm not sure how much advice you'll be able to get on these general forums.
