Missing BFV Enlister Offer DLC Weapons in BF1

When I pre-ordered Battlefield V, part of the content that I received was four weapons that could be used in Battlefield 1. These weapons were the M1919 SMG (Assault), Fedorov-Degtyarev (Medic), BAR M1918 A2 (Support), and the Mosin-Nagant M38 Carbine (Scout).

I have had access to these weapons before, and some players have access to them still, as I was killed by someone with the Fedorov-Degtyarev recently. However, none of the weapons appear in my loadout, whether in-game or in the menus. I do not know why the weapons have disappeared, but it is incredibly frustrating given that 1. Other people still have them, so it's either something I've done or it's a bug that only affects some players 2. I've paid actual money for access to these weapons, so I can be forgiven for being irritated by their absence.

I have contacted EA Support on two occasions (the first 6 months ago), who have said both times that they would raise the issue with the troubleshooting team, but thus far, nothing has come of it. Earlier today, I spoke to EA Support who advised me to post the issue here, so that a community team member may reply and assist me further.

I've seen that others have also had this issue over the last 3-4 years, so I know I am not alone in this. I have tried multiple things to attempt to fix the issue on my end, and so far nothing has worked. 

1. I have deleted and reinstalled the Enlister Offer in the BFV DLC section on my Xbox. That did not work.
2. I have deleted and reinstalled all BF1 and BFV DLCs on my Xbox. That did not work.
3. I have scoured the store and game menu for any sign of these weapons, and cannot find anything that prompts me to 'claim' or 're-download' them.

I have attached screenshots of the game menu and you'll note that the weapons are absent. I have also attached a photo of the Enlister Offer content present on my Xbox. I really don't know what else to do, and I'd like these weapons back as I have paid for them, and I genuinely use them, so it's annoying not to be able to whilst others can. If anyone can assist or help in any way, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks.
