BF4 campaign achievements not working. Impossible to unlock weapons.

Contacted customer "support" and asked for the most reasonable thing on the world: To have those guns unlocked manually, not just for me, but for every player, since these are locked behind achievements that cannot be achieved.

They just told me to raise the issue here, so I'm doing so.

Frankly speaking, if this isn't resolved within a couple of months, I have every intention to report EA to the European Consumer Centres Network for lack of conformity with the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770) and the European Commission consumer protection rules, according to which companies must: 

-Deliver a product that matches its description

-Ensure it is fit for purpose

-Maintain functionality that was advertised

Given that the company continues to sell the product without any warning that core progression content (guns in a shooter game)  is not working in a paid product, this is the very definition of misleading marketing.

If there's any way to work through this, please help here for me and others.

Otherwise, let's make sure we massively report this issue to our respective authorities. At the end of the day, we are customers and we have rights. We aren't sheep.
