BFV Enlister Offer - transfer possible?

I got the BFV Enlister Offer back in the day.

At that point I was a PC player but since then I have switched to XBOX.

Is it possible to have the Enlister Offer transferred to XBOX?

    Hi VOLBANKER_PC

    I'm really sorry, but this isn't possible as game data and DLC isn't transferable between platforms for BF1 or BFV.
