Bug of battlepack in BF4

Hello everyone, I met a bug several days ago. I opened a golden battlepack and unlocked a emblem called "Mine", but when I opened the customize emblem website it still locked. Actually I find at least 2 emblem occur this bug. Could someone please help me to solve this problem? Thanks.

    Hello Morgan2718,

    Unfortunately, this is a known issue that is difficult to fix and does not have a universal solution. Before reaching out to EA support, try logging out and back in to see if that resolves the problem.
