Do not have BFV Enlister Offer weapons despite pre-ordering
I am a PC player that pre-ordered BFV back in 2018 at some point, as far as I know I got everything else from the pre-order that was advertised such as the airlifts, etc as well as everything else advertised in the enlister offer except the 5 weapons I was supposed to get "immediately" upon pre-order.
I only noticed this recently upon going back to BF1 and playing it a bunch, contacted support twice about it, the first time quite casual and the second time I came to them with the order number, proof of purchase as well as many other things as evidence. Both times I came empty handed as apparently the support:
"do not have the option to grant any content in BF1 as they won't be able to see any details for that game"
Anything else I can do as the issue still obviously persists? I was thinking about requesting escalation of the issue in what would be a third support request but I am unsure if this is to protocol or even a thing I can do (I have been told I can do this by friends who have previously worked in support centers). I know the weapons aren't anything too amazing but I'd really have enjoyed to try them out and after all I was literally supposed to get them. I'm also aware people literally go out of their way to purchase redemption codes and what not for these weapons as completionists and the like so surely it's still a thing people somewhat care about even in this current year.
