Game I own is marked as Trial

A while ago(2021) i got Battlefield 1 from Amazon prime gaming, used it and redeemed successfully on Origin launcher.
Now with the migration from Origin to EA app, i cant install my game due to it being "expired" while on Origin launcher, its perfectly fine but i cannot play because it keeps tell me to install EA app, which said the game is "expired"

Yes i did played trial version of this game before but later on in 2021 i got a legit copy through redeeming code from Amazon prime gaming, used it and successfully redeemed the code to Origin launcher.

Every other game is fine, Only BF1 has this problem

    Hi @kparmun You'll need to contact EA Help about this so they can remove the trial status from your account, which isn't something that can be done on the forums as noone here can access your account to make changes.

    I already redeemed it

    And EA app knows that I own the game but still says expired, I have to download the game on Origin and then open the game from the exe file every time

    Hi @kparmun You'll need to contact EA Help about this so they can remove the trial status from your account, which isn't something that can be done on the forums as noone here can access your account to make changes.

    I've already done that, even tried the Live Chat

    They all give me answers like "Clear the app cache" or "Clean boot my Windows"

    It's frustrating

    @kparmun I can understand entirely but it's a case of persevering I'm afraid. It's an account issue that they'll need to fix.

    Thanks, I tried live chat again and this time all I said was:  I need Trial status to be removed from my account for BF1

    Instead of explaining my problem, and they fixed it in 2 minutes
