How to install English version of Battlefield 1

I am trying to install Battlefield 1 and I want to play it in ENG. Installer allows me get only Russian or Polish versions. Changing registry value doesn't work

Before starting the installation process, the only languages I can select from is Russian and Polish

Where did you buy the game? Most likely you have purchased a copy of the game that only supports the mentioned languages.

    I bought the game at EA store and like year ago I was able to install game with any language I want.
    I don't know what kind of "feature" or a bug is that from EA, maybe its somehow related to windows language or region... if that is the reason, its very stupid "feature"

      If you were able to select English, then you should try talking with EA support. They might be able to help you out.
