i dont get the unlocks from the story

Hi there! 

So the problem I am encountering is that I have done the campaign numerous times, and did all three endings (won't state specifics on the off chance someone is playing it for the first time) and I am yet to get not only the three weapons, but weapons such as the shank despite completing the objective to get it.

I have tried launching the campaign right from the Battlelog website as well, but no matter how many times I do, it never says I complete any of the missions on Battlelog. As of now, it says I haven't even started the campaign, despite having the achievements on Steam and EA. 

I tried reaching out to EA Support about this issue and was told to wait, which I had no problem doing. It has been almost two weeks now, and I have gotten nothing. Is there a way to either fix this sync issue, or get it to register that I am doing what needs to be done for the unlocks? 

Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated!

Yeah it's pointless. You'll be given the same non-functional solutions of:

- Play the mission again (complete waste of time)
- Play a multiplayer match so everything syncs (doesn't work, trust me)

I've played the last mission 6 times, played 50+ MP matches, and after over a month, still nothing.

If those don't work, you're screwed.
If you REALLY want the weapons, I believe the shortcut packs will unlock them, but cannot confirm. 

Word around the street is that whoever is in charge of BF4 support now doesn't have the tools to grant unlocks. I've perused like 200 of these threads and it doesn't seem like any staff member has done something like this past 2020.

Keep in mind this bug has been present SINCE LAUNCH. It's been "investigated" dozens of times yet it's still present like 12 years later. 

Hi after playing the last mission through 2 times i still have not unlocked the M249.

I tried going onto a multiplayer server as suggested, but it is still not unlocked.

I tried buying the shortcut pack in hopes of it unlocking that way, but that did not work either.

Same issue here. Two of my friends have also experienced the same issue. EA Support gave generic advice. None of the work on my end worked. May be a backend server error.

The EA team is looking into the issue. No more information is available at the moment.

But,some people got those weapons,just several days before,they told us that we should play the online games and wait for several days.I don't believe that because it's useless.But the guy was succeeded in getting them.

I completed the last mission of the campaign and received the P90. I completed it a 2nd time and received the M249. I completed it a 3rd time and let the ship blow up (made no choice). I was instantly awarded the achievements: To Valhalla, For Tombstone, Above and Beyond the Call, and Patience is a Virtue. This should have unlocked the QBZ-95-1 Assault Rifle in multiplayer but it has not.

I have waited 5 days now and still do not have it.

I joined a multiplayer ranked game and played through the entire match as this supposedly worked in the past.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

I replaced my save file with a 100% completion save file which still did not let me use the gun in the game, even after playing a ranked match. I tried this several times.

I completed the mission on a new difficulty, and completed it 2 more times and watched the credits in full.

My steam file shows the assignments as complete, but it does not show up that way on battlelog or as completed in my assignments on the game itself.
