    Hello TranceFace​,

    The best thing you can do is to try talking with EA support, they should be able to assist you with the language version.

Thank you, danisoff​! Unfortunately, I tried that route, but the ticket wouldn't create. I tried it a few times. 
It says "thank you for submitting a ticket", but when I go to the Cases page, it says that I don't have any open cases:(
