Lost ALL Previously Unlocked Weapons & Everyone is 0 LVL on the Servers

My previously unlocked weapons have somehow disappeared in BF1... 😢
Two weeks ago, I bought a PS5 Pro after nine years of playing on PS4. I played a lot of BF1 and other Battlefield games, and I had almost every gun unlocked in BF1. But when I downloaded BF1 on my PS5 Pro, I was able to use my weapons for only a few minutes on some servers.
I was excited about my new console, so the first thing I did was join an empty server to explore the graphics differences. My weapons were still unlocked at that time.
Later, I joined a match, played until my first death, and then left. I saved a replay and planned to stream BF1 the next day.
However, when I launched the game the following day, I was shocked to find that all my previously unlocked weapons were locked.
I didn’t play a single minute after that because I was afraid of overwriting something on the servers. I contacted tech support, but nothing helped.
I tried reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, and even reinstalling it on my PS4, but the guns were still missing. 🤯
And ALSO - my old BF1 save files for a PS4 version from 2024(last time I played before PS5 Pro) - is still on every console now and it was all the time, so I didn't lost anything there too.
And it's not even possible to unlock them again. I got a few kills and revives on my PS4, but nothing changed—every DLC gun is stuck at 0%.
I also noticed another issue: on servers, everyone's level appears as 0, just like mine.
And you know what’s the "funniest" part?
In the main menu, in my inventory, I can still see all my previously unlocked weapons. 🗿
I can see the stars on them, change skins, check my completed requirements, and view my total kills—everything looks fine.
But when I join a match on any server, it resets to 0% again.
Could you help me restore access?
I’ve been playing since 2016-17, and I bought the game with the Premium Pass years ago when it was still fully supported. Back then, I paid around $100 for it—not just a few dollars like it costs on sale today.
And now, I can’t even play my favorite BF1? 😢

But the fact is thay WERE unlocked... But somehow disappeared.

The BF1 EU servers have been bugged for over a month now, with scoreboard showing 0-level for everyone and DLC guns locked. I have been able to play normally with every gun unlocked while playing on North American servers with a bit of a lag to the side of things. This issue has been under review but nothing concrete solution other than other regions. It will have to do for now until EU servers are fixed.
