Hi, returning Battlefield player here. After 2 or 3 years of not playing on Xbox One, I come back, all DLCs reinstalled, and all of my progress is gone. I was at least level 100 on multiplayer for Xbox One. I had some Battlefield 1 progress which is also lost. Its under the xbox username Darthmalz.

It does look like all of your soldiers are effectively blank on Battlelog. Is there any chance that you used a different account back then? Also, can you remember if you were playing the Xbox 360 version on your Xbox One, rather than the Xbox One version?
If it's definitely the same account and wasn't the 360 version of the game, it would be worth contacting EA Help, so they can investigate your account. The details in the guide below should let you open a case:
