Lost multiplayer progress on Battlefield 1

Question

I recently redownloaded BF1 through gamepass, same as I originally had done and on the same account obv, and I'm back to level one with no progress, but I still have 27 Battle crates to open. What do I need to do to get my progress back?

Hello LegendaryLemons,You get the crates when you buy the game for the first time. Most likely you're using a different account, you can double check with EA support.EA Help
