My campaign saves aren't working, Battlefield 1

Hello! I received Battlefield 1 as a gift on Steam. I'm having an issue where every time I launch the game, my campaign progress resets and the brightness and audio settings pop up again. I installed the game on Drive D. No errors occur when launching the game. Please help.
