My Origin doesn't recognize my Premium edition BF3
Hello, I have the premium edition for BF3, I bought a hard copy (new) years ago, and I still have the box and the discs. (I do not have the receipt)
however, my origin account only recognizes that I have limited edition. It will not allow me to download any of the 5 expansion packs. My only option in the "extra content" tab is to buy the expansions.
in the BL store online, however, it does tell me that I own BF3 PREMIUM EDITION. though my account is not recognized as premium, I should have access to all map packs, yet I do not.

TO BE CLEAR: I have been on support chat for 2 and a half hours. I have cleared my cache and re-logged in and this has not fixed this issue. Frankly the support I've gotten so far has not been helpful, but I thought that here would be a better option.
