@Aiden_U-S-S-R I'd advise checking "My Cases" to see what that status of your appeals are. It can also take 10 working days for a response, so if you're still within that time frame then you will need to be patient. If all else fails, you can try getting a live chat an asking for an update (N.B. EA Help cannot handle ban appeals themselves, but can check case statuses for you).

It's best not to submit multiple cases in case they are treated as spam.
  • i checked "my cases", here is the screenshot

whats more, when i googled the method to contact with ea, i saw that i can try get a live chat. before getting a live chat, i unlocked browser restrictions of help.ea.com, but after i followed the steps, a live chat window should appear in the lower right corner of the browser page, but it doesn't. how can i haddle this?

  • here is a screenshot show that after i send the message, the window of live chat didnt appear

@Aiden_U-S-S-R Try using the help site with a different browser or while not signed into your account. If live chat still doesn't appear then it just wont be available for you, and you'll either need to wait for a response to a previous case or open a new one if it has been more than 10 working days since opening the last one.
