I've checked your BF4 soldier on Battlelog using the gamertag you have here, and can see it's rank 76, so that seems to be OK, but I can't find your BF1 soldier as Battlefield Tracker seems to be having an issue. However, that suggests that something else is going on. 

Have you checked that the Xbox account is still linked with your EA Account and everything is installed still on your Xbox?

Also, I did notice that you have a rank 0 PS4 account for BF4 too, but I doubt that's the cause of the problem, since it's a different platform and there's no cross-progression. 

its the same one ive only ever used one account on xbox

There is nothing much that can be done, EA support does not have the ability to return "missing progress". I would advise you to double-check that you are using the same account on the same platform.

well it sure as happened cause its the same account ive used when i first played them on my xbox

Make sure you are using the same account, losing multiplayer progress simply does not happen in Battlefield games.
