Veteran Dog Tag

After filling the requirements for the Veterans Dog Tag, I never received it in Battlefield 1. This is an issue I’ve contacted support about a few times, but still yet to find a solution. I reported it to support today, and they sent me here.

    Hello MagikDock,

    To receive the Battlefield 1 Veterans Dog Tag you needed to have played Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4 or Battlefield Hardline prior to playing Battlefield 1. This was the requirement at least a few years ago.

    If you believe you met all the criteria but still didn’t receive the dog tag, it’s worth reaching out to EA Support. They might be able to assist you.

    Hey, I 100% I met the criteria. I went to support first, and they ended up sending me here, saying that the forums could fix my problem. I don’t really believe that’s true, but here I am.

    Nobody here has the ability to assist you. If support is not able to reward you with the missing dog tag then nothing much can be done.

    You should try talking with support again, just in case.
