There is a big blank page when it should be filled with interface icons to click on.
Also the game servers randomly shut down even if they are full. and Platoon tags randomly not showing on players who would otherwise have them on all the time.

it was reported like two years ago after they did server maintenance which broke the game even more, and they never addressed it or fixed it.

This has been going on for quite some time, on PC at least, since EA updated anti cheat to Javelin.
Dunno, maybe to prevent exploit through live tile, html or something like that.
You could just pick option in red rectangle, it's just the same, live tile is just shortcut.
I a having the same problem as above!!! uninstalled the game reinstalled it and still the same problem !!!! i also get could not fetch report this has happened every time a hacker is in game !!!!!!!!!!
Same issue here, on PC. But I also have abnormally slow loading time in BF5, so it may be part of a bigger problem.
Tried everything from cleaning cache, reinstalling EA App and BF5, to clean-reinstalling windows 11. Nothing solves it.
