You should try reinstalling your game after reinstalling the anti-cheat. Carefully go through the above posted guide.
I have tried everything even have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on steam , it installed everything correctly , but the same thing , same error , it started 4 days ago just like this guy before it everything was working perfectly
