I’d like to make a refund request but can’t due to the 14+ days and I feel petty * since I spent 100 dollars roughly on cf25 pre-release and it’s a terrible game, all the bugs and all EA’s fake ads is why I want a refund this game IS NOT WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR ADS EA everything that you said was going to be in the game isn’t and it is a huge downgrade from the game 10 years ago…. Been waiting over a month for a half decent update and there has not been one that makes the game playable.

1st lesson: never pre-order
2nd: nobody here can perform refunds, including the EA reps. You will need to work with the retailer/etailer that you bought the game from with your complaints to see if they will honor it.
LOL. I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh at you but EA has your money and they are NEVER going to give it back. Money is the ONLY thing they care about.
Game is amazing
The game is a total embarrassment to this franchise. It is a complete waste of money. A total grade of an F.
Dont return PS5, pay MLB the Show, an amazing game.

I see people complaining about shoe colors and fans faces and cheerleaders and stuff.
Cool. But half the game doesn't even work. And when it does, blocking and tackling are completely fubar.
Then add the absurd Sim logic and auto generated players.
Mix in about 400 random bugs.
This game isn't even finished to the point of beta testing yet.
Either that or EA employs the Jamaican bobsled team as coders and quality control.
An F? Surely you jest. This gets a Z.
This game is so fundamentally broken at every single level, EA should be forced to refund everyone. This is an all-time screw up.

Thank you! I’ve been saying this. I keep seeing people complain about uniforms, music, player names/numbers, fan faces, cheerleaders, animations, bands, and I even saw one about referee faces. I’ll admit, the first three times I played the game I was “complaining” about the fact that the band uniforms are inaccurate and generic. Now, I couldn’t care any less if there were even bands and crowd faces or cheerleaders in the game because I can’t even play it. Interceptions, non-existing blocking and check blocking, dropped passes. FCS teams blowing out too 5 teams. This game is a lemon.
