Latest update from chatting with EA Help. (I'm going to contact them every few days 🙂 )
"I've throughly checked it and I see it was a known issue and was fixed by the game studio end almost 12 days ago and the game studio have updated that the affected players have been credited the make good for the issue. I see then some of the players have reported that they have not received the make goods and I see your case is also reported few days ago and our game teams will recheck these accounts and if they found that the account are eligible and have not received the make good, they may add it directly and update it from their end to affected accounts."
Hopefully EA Devs are doing this. I again ask that if any players have still not received their Restrepo card, to please go to EA HELP and open a case. The more end users who alert them that it isn't fixed for them, the better chance we have of getting the card we are all entitled to.

Thank you very much for the information @jahf0rce. The only issue is I have trouble trying to open a ticket. Would you be able to help me with the steps to open one up?
I have a similar problems with 91 Ryan Williams, can you explain to me how to get the ticket. I already talked with ea help but have not been able to get a hold of a developer.

@ce79d71778328485Yes! Here are the steps:
1. Go to EA Help:https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
2. Select College Football 25 under Game Support
3. Select the "I'm looking for something I earned" or "I'm looking for something I bought"
4. Select "Chat with us"
5. This will allow you to enter in a topic such as "Have not received my Heisman Hopeful Welcome Pack Xavier Restrepo"
6. You can attach any screenshots you have. I took screenshots of My Items filtered to Heisman Hopeful, which shows I do not have Xavier Restrepo in my item binder. I also took a screenshot of the Catalog screen filtered to Heisman Hopeful which shows that I do not have the green OWNED text under Xavier Restrepo.
7. Wait until the EA Help joins the chat and follow their instructions and let them know that you haven't received your Xavier Restrepo8. Be kind to your EA representative. They have to deal with a lot of potentially angry people all day. 🙂 I'm always thankful for their time.

I also reference this forum that there are many other users who have still not received their Xavier Restrepo card.

jahforce - jahf0rce1 year agoRising Veteran@KiddoGMS14 I'd follow the steps I provided to above or below depending on how the forum organized the replies. 🙂 Just replace Xavier Restrepo with Ryan Williams.
Did you buy the card in the auction house or earn it in a pack?

- jahf0rce1 year agoRising Veteran@KiddoGMS14 Question - Can you see it in your Auction Bids section still? Auctions you won or lost usually stay in that section for at least a week or two.
I would follow the instructions I placed above and select "I'm looking for something I bought" No it does not show Ryan Williams in my auction. It got rid of my coins which makes me upset.

Update: Still haven't received the Xavier Restrepo card. EA Support continues to say that EA Devs are working on making sure everyone gets the card. Please continue to open cases at EA help if you have not received your card.

@jahf0rce Hope you and the others receive the Restrepo soon.
Hopefully ya'll will ALSO receive some "make rights" on top of the Restrepo.
