Attention! Servers are not available
I have owned this game since the July 19th release date, I cannot access the servers of this game. I get the error that I cannot access the servers every time I attempt to access the game. I have tried the following:
Changing wifi network to phone hotspot.
Redownloading the game.
Restarting the console.
Restoring licenses
Rebuilding the database
Clearing the PS5 Cache
I have spent hours on the phone with PS support and have tried to reach out to EA, and no suggestion has helped. Any suggestions would be truly appreciated.
Finally got my problem resolved. Dont worry about online/youtube video fixes. Contact EA support. My issue like your was happening because my psn id was linked to an old EA account i had (didnt even remember having because isve been using this email for 10+ years). Online chat was able to reset it in about 5 minutes and im good now.
