I can’t even get into any online mode because of my ea account i am so confused

I can’t get into play now online or ultimate team online dynasty, any online game mode only in college football. it says connection failed and something with my ea account

    Hi there, @OfficialJosh195 

    Thanks for reaching out. I'll see if I can help with this. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. If it doesn't, please tell me which console you're playing on and if a wired or wireless connection is being used.

    I am having the same problem. On my Xbox series X. Tried your suggestions and still can not get in. I’m on a wireless connection.

    Is it possible to try using a wired connection? If you're too far from the router, can you move close enough to use a wire just as a test to see if that resolves this?

    Connecting to EA servers can be a long, tedious,  and downright painful process, please try these steps: clearing your cache, restarting your router, check for updates, power cycle your game system, try changing your dns settings to someone trusted like google, change your ea password if it has been awhile, run a few speed tests to see if you get similar results each time (if not it could be an internet issue), deleting and reinstalling the game. If none of that works try switching to a mobile hotspot or just a different internet connection and see if it will load on their, then try switching back to your normal internet connection. If none of this works I recommend you contact ea support advisor just to say you tried before refunding.

    @OfficialJosh195 @Axs7689Sxa7030 This has been an ongoing issue for lots of players with no support from EA to my knowledge as I am writing this. Personally I have not been able to play for 10 days. Please take the time to click "me too" on the original post in this discussion to get more attention so hopefully EA is forced to address it. Also please go do the same on others posts like this, I have a post going back a week trying to get attention to this problem with no success. Best thing to do is wait and draw attention until a fix.

    @MrHoosi3r 

    Since a mobile hotspot works, this means the issue is with your equipment or ISP since a completely different connection is working. Have you spoken with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues? 

    What console are you on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?
