Laggy / slow gameplay

Since the server crash a couple weeks ago my gameplay has been extremely laggy and the entire gameplay and responsiveness seems slow. This is during actual gameplay and even in the menu screens. I have done all the online suggestions known to man. My download speed is 970mbps and my upload is 25mbps. This has to be my connection to EA. Can somebody help?
