Parent Verification…EA Servers not available

We have had this issue for months and it has prevented my son from playing his game on Xbox Series X.

We have done all of the basic options such as restarting, changing the MAC address, and we have two different internet providers (Spectrum and T-Mobile) and have tried both wired and wireless for the Xbox on there. 

We have even gone as far as setting up a new EA account and linked it to his Xbox profile.

Still nothing.

What are our other options?
