See attached photo.i am connected to the internet and there are no known server issues, my friends are able to playwhenever I search for an ultimate team head to head it will load and find an opponent and right when it would usually load into the game I get this error code every time. I can even see the opponents name and I have been able to hear them in game chat but I never enter the game. Please help me I’ve spend a lot of money on this game and whenever I try to chat with someone they close my case without helping.

@drewdiggitydog I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address: Go to your Xbox Settings Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings" Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear" If you're still having trouble, go to your Xbox network settings and tell me what it says for the NAT and IPv.

I tried both of those things and it’s still not working. I have no issue playing online on other games or joining parties. I have tried wired connection and wireless. My NAT type is open and IPv4

@EA_Aljo Geez man. I looked on twitter for similar issues. It’s because I had 64 people on my roster because of my RLE2 I removed him and now it works. Im sorry it didn’t tell me I had too many people on the roster. Thank you for your help

having same issue on ps5. cannot load into a H2H ultimate team match. tried reinstalling the game, restarting console, etc.

@Tri33a Try removing some players from the lineup completely if there are more than 63 it will give an error. I removed my rush left end 2 and It works

just tried this too and it still isn’t working. i mean is there anyone at EA we can talk to ? this is ridiculous lol
