Unable to login on PS5
Hello, I have been trying to login and play CFB 25 on my PS5, however, the PS account is linked, to some different email. Not my playstation email, or my main account email. I have read, that this is easy to resolve over chat. I have attempted for three days, to get through to chat. With ranges between 2 minutes to fifteen for waiting. I make it through the options, and nothing ever loads. It just takes me back to the main ea support page, with all the various games, and my account listed.
I have tried multiple browsers, I have tried selecting different games, clearing cache, clearing browsing data, installing a fresh download of Edge, and Firefox, and replicating the same issue. Please assist. I need to unlink my PS5 account from whatever email. (when trying to link to this account, its showing up as a suspended@ea, not my Playstation account email). Then link it to the same email I have on my Playstation and PC.

Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache, and if this continues try using it's incognito mode to see if you can create a case.

- Select the option I'm looking for something I bought
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
