Ball spot bug????

I haven’t picked up the game in a while and decided to pick it up and continued dynasty and multiple times during the game the game changed the ball spot.  For instance one time on a punt the ball was downed at the 20 yard line and then when it was the next play while on offense I was at the 2 yard line. Another instance when I was on defense I held them on second down so it should have been 3rd and 18 after a sack, then it had a wierd cut scene like a kickoff had just happened as a replay and it was now 3rd and like inches and the computer got a first down. 

on a separate notice, a few times during the game it was like my 5 star JrRs Qb who has 99 throwing power couldn’t make a 30 yard pass and vastly underthrew the wr which was odd.  Like the game completely changed his abilities when he wasn’t even being pressured.  I don’t know but seemed like something is off .
