Can we fix appearance

Why is hair coming out of the helmet such a difficult ask? Or allow us to change the face and hair of our create dynasty players…. Come on EA it’s 2025 we’ve been able to do this in prior games like Madden, and older NCAA games what’s the difference now.  
I enjoy the game but these little things are frustrating
