CFB 26 Crashes RTG !!!!!!

Come on EA, you guys have to give us sometype of response or something. Alot of us paid for the early release and its a slap in the face at this point that we cant play without disruption. 

I created a RTG runningback and cant even use him or start another RTG player because of the game crashing. I have tried all trouble shooting that i’ve researched and still nothing works. If its going to be all of these problems, I would rather just get a refund and wait for something better to come out.
