CFP Rankings suck

I had a perfect 13-0 season with East Carolina, with 3 top-25 wins + another power-4 win. I won the American conference championship beating a ranked 11-1 Memphis.

Going into the conference championship game I was projected to get the 12-seed as the last conference champion in. I was ranked #15 ahead of #16 Boise State (11-1). Boise State had ZERO power-4 OR ranked wins all season, and only beat 7-5 Fresno State by 5 points in the conference championship, and leapt me in the final rankings. HOW?? I beat Memphis by 14, and also beat #9 BYU earlier in the year, who is in the playoffs.

The "icing" on the cake is my reward is going to the Hawaii Bowl against 6-6 UNLV??? As a 13-0 conference champion ranked #16 now?? 

Infuriating!!
