COLLEGE FOOTBALL STEALS COINS

I put a 500,000 Bid for card, it was sold for 565,000. I didn't receive the coins back to my account and I never got the card. I have talked to EA support 4 different times and they close the case every time with no help. GIVE ME BACK MY COINS
