Custom Conferences Championship selection criteria toggle doesn’t work

When I make divisions in a custom conference and toggle the Championship Game Selection Criteria to be decided by best record in the conference it does nothing. No matter what if there are divisions on it’s the two division winners. Even if you’ve selected best conference record it will not do that and go to division winners.

This is frustrating because I love divisions to keep more rivalry’s protected than just two, and have geography matter even more. That being said, I still would like the best two teams to play for the championship. Even worse, is that it’s a feature that just blatantly doesn’t work. I hope this bug gets fixed soon.
