Dynasty Gadget player also weird ratings change?

I use Tennessee should be no surprise considering my name, but Boo Carter is our "Gadget player" in real life and it works online to have him as a Gadget but in Dynasty im not even able to put him in that position.

Ratings weirdness,

DaSaahn Brame (TE), his ratings drops significantly on Dynasty compared to his online counterpart. This has to be a glitch.
