Got banned for cheating apparently after I spent 100s of dollars

Spent hundreds of dollars on ultimate team and I get banned for cheating apparently know reasoning from ea just a ban I go to support they haven’t reap and a week it says a warning penalty but I can’t access no online modes and help is not responding any suggestions

    You shouldn't be limited to one dispute. Are you getting an error when trying to submit another?

    It’s don’t give me a option to make another one at all just review the one for the ban
