I am trying to play ranked game online Road to CFP and anytime try to play a game, it says unexpected error occured while doing the match making. Also tried playing unranked and inviting friend. It won't send EA invite.
I also downloaded lastest roster and uninstall and installed game again
On xbox
This literally keeps happening.
All night. Ive been trying to play for hours it’s ridiculous
Honestly the customer service with EA is atrocious. Every other large tech company has an on the spot responsive system that allows user to fix their problems efficiently/effectively. I never thought I’d say it but this reactivity is honestly worse than 2k 😭🤣

I couldn't even play battlefield 6 last night offline and get to the menu! That game I only do offline campaign. It's got to be something with EA server. I downloaded latest roster, uninstall re-install CFB 26. I test my connection on Xbox says it's good. Re set my router. Nothing.
Game is also giving me the “An unexpected error occurred while starting your game.” message. This has been going on for several days now. Have tried checking connections, removing and reinstalling the game, checking for proper settings. No luck
