Issue in Ultimate Team Welcome Pack today....

I received a player Nyziah Hunter WR today in welcome Pack. The player is not loading. In items screen you click the player the game will crash and say not able to process our servers. The player is just sitting in my items with no way of doing anything with them. The card only shows their name over and N/A in right corner. But for some reason you can insert them into the line up. But if you want to upgrade, quick sell, look at the player in my items you can't do anything. Please fix.
