Larger Update Coming?

I'm trying to determine if we should start our online dynasty, even after the 7/24 title update.  Is there a larger title update coming at 1 month of release (Aug 10?)

Last year, we received the massive title update 1 month after release.  This year, we have received 2 smaller updates (smaller when compared to the 1 last year) and there is no news of a larger update coming in 2 weeks.

We are mainly concerned about rosters or any other patches that could cause for us to restart our dynasty.  Can you please provide some guidance if an update is coming around Aug 10th and if it will include a roster update?
