Only 10 men on goal line D

Anyone else getting only 10 men populating on goal line D? Happens all the time. Even when I call time out, there is only 10 men after..

I have the same bug. I also have an issue where instead of a second TE the game will plug in a random backup WR/RB. Or a backup DT instead of a safety. It makes the game unplayable.
