Pls add: formation substitution, pitch invasion, stadium pulse
Formation substitution is very important in the game of football. Whether if it’s on offense or defense, formation substitution is a great strategy for victory. In college you might have a freshman or sophomore athlete that may demand “playing time,” but you might have a junior or senior athlete as the starter at that position. With formation substitutions you can plug in that underclassmen in certain formations which can help satisfy their need for “playing time.” Also formation substitution can help reduce fatigue or “wear & tear” on the starters.
I would like to see a longer sustain stadium pulse.
In college football 25, it seems like once you get a two score lead on your opponent at home, the stadium pulse is reduced dramatically. I understand if the game is a blow out, then the crowd would naturally become less interested. But for rivalry games and top 25 matches, the stadium pulse should last most longer no matter the score differential.
Maybe it might be asking for too much, but “Pitch invasion” or storming the field would be a great addition to college football 26. Whether if it’s an upset victory from a rival school or top 25 undefeated team, “Pitch invasion” would be an interesting addition to the game.
