Smaller team rosters are horrible

Why are the smaller school rosters so far off. Year after year the smaller schools are left out in the cold. Clearly no one actually pays attention to them. It is consistent that back ups that have never played a down are rated above starters and don't even get me started on the generic traditions and entrances for them. Every team is someone's favorite EA. Please treat the smaller schools accordingly.
